A few days late of the New Year but nonetheless I thought it would be fun to share a recap of some of my favorite blogs from 2015.
If you've followed along with me on this blogging journey you'll know that a lot has happened over the course of this year. Here is a small glimpse of my year in a few of my favorite blogs from 2015.
My letter from Joanna Gaines was one of the biggest moments for me in 2015. It was the spur of hope and the jump start I needed to keep pursuing my dreams of interior design and decor.
Opening my business Just US Creations was the biggest leap of faith I have ever made. It challenged me, strengthened me and taught me more about myself than ever before.
Blogging has opened up so many amazing avenues for me, one of which being a monthly contributor for an online journal called Her View From Home. My first published blog inspired me to continue writing from my own personal experience.
I had such a fun time this summer putting together a list of different Mommy Tips and Tricks I've picked up through the past couple years. From fashion advice to motherhood woes this humorous list was a fun one to post.
My whole life I thought I was a little bit crazy for being so emotional...turns out I was right...I'm a whole lot crazy but I'm okay with that. And I love that in this blog I get to totally embrace that about myself (blog post here).
Purchasing our first home (blog post here) was one of the biggest blessings we could have asked for in 2015. For over a year Guy and I prayed to find the perfect home and our Father did not let us down when He came through.
Not only did our 2015 bring about a new home, it gave us the blessing of being parents for a THIRD time! One of the most unexpected surprises of the year but definitely one of the most welcomed (blog post here).
After many weeks of hard labor we finished our kitchen/living room remodel! One of the most gratifying experiences I have ever been apart of. Thank you all that helped along the way during this project, we couldn't have done it without you! (Blog post here).
Christmas is one of my favorite seasons to decorate for. I had such a blast creating and recreating for this holiday in my home. Check out more pics of our home during the Christmas season. Christmas at the Kirby's.
My daughter Rozalyn has become quite the "ballerina" in the last few months, so when we took her to see the Nutcracker at our local theater she was in heaven. (Blog post here).
And last but not least, our Tender Tennessee Christmas. We got the honor of spending Christmas in the Smokey Mountains with my family, as usual we made it a vacation we will never forget!
For those of you that tuned in for this past year, thank you so much. Your support means more than you even know!
